We got the car unloaded and then reloaded, Grandma and Bob showed up so we sent them off. Dad, Grandma, Andrew and Skylar in one car and Bob and Ruby (dog) in another car.
Cairn and I went inside to finish unpacking and clean up. I put Cairn on the couch to rest and elevate her arm - it was still very swollen and we wanted the swelling down so we could get the cast on tomorrow.
Since the house was empty and Cairn was in one spot I went to organizing the house and putting away things that never seem to be put away. Cairn and I ended up staying up late, watching TV and just vegging.
Everyone else was freezing in the rain, wind and cool temperatures.
They found the campsite - no one else seemed to be around, cooked up some dinner and went to bed. Hoping that the next day brought better weather.
