Trying Sunday cooking again

I love cooking on Sunday because then I don't have to think about it too much the rest of the week.  So today I made muffins, granola, oatmeal cookies, bacon and the burgers we were having for dinner.

 This is the tempeh bacon marinating for tomorrow morning.

 For dinner, we are having Fava Bean burgers with chipolte ailoli.  This is before they went in the oven to be baked.

 This is what everybody did today while I was either in the kitchen or cleaning the study.

Tonight after dinner, we were sitting around the fireplace watching the Super Bowl before the lights went out. Oreo climbed into one of the Lego boxes and went to sleep.  He is WAY to big for this box but he seems to love sleeping in any kind of box.

Dad came in to tell Andrew that he had broken one of his wooden guns accidentally.  Andrew said, "You mean the rifle?"  Sometimes Andrew's memory is amazing.

Busy week coming up so put everyone to bed to get a jump start - Girl Scouts, Chicken 101 class, piano times 3, Chinese New Year co-op, Wagner co-op, a rally, a booth sale and a playdate plus the regular stuff.
