Everyone was up and ready to get dressed today so they could open presents. Jenny did a great job stuffing the stockings for the kids. Andrew and Skylar questioned later why she did it. I said that she wanted to stuff them for today but Santa would stuff them tonight. They were happy to hear that. You could hear the worry in their voices.

You will have to excuse the pictures. I took them with my phone and everyone was moving so quickly that I didn't get the best pictures.
After opening presents, Uncle Mait, Jenny, and the kids took the dogs for a walk while I picked up the house and finished packing.
We nibbled on food that we needed to finish up before leaving. Uncle Mait and Jenny went grocery shopping while we stayed at home, cleaning and packing.
When they got back, we all played Monopoly. It was a rough game but Uncle Mait won in the end. He had some tough competition. Andrew and Skylar didn't finish the game but they did a great job trying to stay focused.
Before we left for the airport, we took some final pictures.
At the airport, we got checked in quickly and then waited patiently. I could tell everyone was ready to be home, they were quiet and contemplative. I started worrying about our trip home when our first plane was late.
In the end, it was a very uneventful trip home. Skylar slept on the plane for the last 30 minutes, Andrew fell asleep the last 5 minutes.
We made it home safely and a little bit early. Dad got super big hugs from the kids. Andrew fell asleep again on the way home and stayed asleep. I knew I should have put him in his pj's.
