Today started off as such a normal day and then it changed in an instant when I checked the internet during a slow minute this morning. I instantly welled up and wondered "How does this continue to happen?" I didn't let the kids watch or read anything. They don't need to wonder and worry, Dad and I will do that.
My heart and prayers go out to the families in CT as they ask the same questions we all do. So many emotions I have run through today, I wonder how the mothers in CT can endure. I wonder what I can do. I do know that I will keep my children near me today, tonight and for many tomorrows.
Tonight and everyday, hug your children and your loved ones because things can change so quickly.
